The My Moon Program is the perfect opportunity to explore the practice of Yoga whether you are a beginner or have years of experience. Everyone has their own unique set of strengths and abilities, as well as areas that challenge them or simply don't work. Dedicating time to try out different Yoga techniques, and the various therapies we'll explore throughout the program, will allow you to build a personal practice that is best for you.

If you already have some experience in the field of Yoga, Energy Work, Natural/Holistic Wellness, Healing Therapies, Medicine, Astrology or Spirituality, we encourage you to join a My Moon Retreat and take part in the program. You are welcome to share your expertise, projects and events with the community. Our ultimate goal is to create a circle of support for all who join. By sharing your endeavors you can help others while growing and evolving your passions at the same time.

The My Moon Program is currently being offered in a couple different ways:

Full Annual Program Fee: $444 (taxes included)

This includes all 4 Season Retreats for the entire year.

*Note the individual savings if paying for the full annual program. Only $111 per retreat!

Single Event Fee: Price Varies

Allowing you to book the retreats individually and choose the dates that work best for your schedule and finances. The cost for each retreat will vary depending on the offering/activity/special guest for each specific event.

Regular My Moon Retreats are held one Saturday each season from 9:00am-1:00pm. We have tried to schedule dates just prior to the New Moon to allow you to prepare for each upcoming lunar cycle. Some dates have been adjusted according to venue availability and holidays. Dates planned for the 2024 program are as follows:

Due to the pre-arrangements between retreat attendants, instructors, venue, caterers, vendors, etc. if you are unable to attend a retreat date, refunds cannot be provided and other retreats cannot be provided in lieu.

The value of the My Moon Retreat Program has been set with consideration for the entire program and the various offerings that it will provide over the span of a year. Therefore the actual cost of individual retreat days varies depending on the catering, special guests, workshop essentials etc. 

Once you attend a My Moon Retreat, you are invited to our Online Community Group on Facebook. We will also correspond via email newsletters. These platforms are how we'll share our retreat day plans, astrological insights and information all year so you can stay inspire, aligned with the lunar cycles

Lunch will be catered by various, local services & sources, including Yoga Flora and Pigeon Lake Permaculture. Always plant-based, vegan, with some vegetarian options. We try to offer organic, farm-to-table dishes as often as possible. Tea and snacks are provided throughout the day as well.

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please notify us upon enrollment of any food allergies or specific dietary concerns so we can accomodate you.
